Friday Feb 4, 2017:          Albert Ice House

Albert Dance Hall has a liquor license therefore we MUST buy any beer or liquor consumed on the property from the bar. This includes at our campsites. If it is found that beer or liquor not being purchased at the bar and is being consumed, we will be asked to leave and not be able to camp here again. PLEASE BE SURE TO CLEAN YOUR CAMPSITES BEFORE RIDING OUT. WE WANT TO LEAVE THE AREA CLEANER THAN THE WAY WE FOUND IT.
 

Saturday Feb 4th:        Albert, TX to Blanco, TX             (15.2 mi)

6:00 am              Cattle Call
*7:30 am             Breakfast will be served
                          Registration to continue
9:00 am              Ride out to Yett Park in Blanco, TX

*Noon                 Lunch will be served
*6:00 pm            Supper will be served
8:00pm-12am      Dance at TWIN SISTER DANCE HALL from 8:00 pm to 12:00am. Band: Double Bogey Band. Your trail ride button will get you in free. No button there is a cover charge: 12 and up $10 and children 11 and under $5

 
Sunday Feb 5th:          Blanco to Kendalia                     (15mi)

6:00 am              Cattle Call
8:00 am              Breakfast will be provided by the Chamber of Commerce. Please be sure to give them a BIG Thank You.
9:00 am              Ride out to Knuepper Ranch
*Noon                 Lunch will be served
*6:00 pm             Supper will be served

Tuesday Feb 7th:         Round Robin

Wednesday Feb 8th:  Sisterdale to Peterson Ranch        (12 mi)

6:00 am              Cattle call
8:00 am              Breakfast will be served
9:00 am              Ride out to Peterson Ranch
*Noon                 Lunch is on your own
6:00 pm              Dinner will be provided

We will get to the ranch around 2 pm this is a good time to run into Boerne to stock up. Be ready to play some friendly games of Texas Hold ‘EM

 
Thursday Feb 9th:       Round Robin at Peterson Ranch

9:00 am              Ride out

Friday Feb 10th:        Trailer into San Antonio

Trail rider’s supper and dance same place as last year. Supper at 5:00pm dance from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

No firearms are allowed on Hill Country Trail Ride or any SALE properties; this being concealed or open carry!

 

Rules:

All Riders must be registered and wear trail ride badge at all times. No badge no entry into dance, breakfast, lunch and supper.
Pick up all trash and excess hay before you ride out. DO NOT LEAVE FOR THE RIG MOVERS TO DO.
We will ride out at set times set. If you are not ready, then you will have to meet us on the first break. This will be enforced.
Completely extinguish all camp fires.
Dogs must have rabies certificate and be on a leash.
If your rig is being moved by designated rig movers, please be sure it is ready to go.  It is not the responsibility of the rig mover.
No drinking of alcoholic beverages on horseback and no public drunkenness. This will be enforced.
Please use proper riding etiquette. Don’t ride where it’s a danger to horses or riders.  The Scouts and Marshall are on the ride for your safety. 
No double riding.
Please tie a red ribbon on your horse’s tail if the horse is a kicker.
If your behavior is unacceptable to the Trail Boss and/or other trail riders, you will be asked to leave the ride. No refund.
Good idea to have shoes on horses.
No dumping of sewage/waste water on any camp grounds.
No littering.
